Business Development Manager (France, Romania, Germany, Poland) – AgTech Innovation
We are looking for Business Development Managers to join an innovative and technology-driven AgTech product in France, Romania, Germany, and Poland.
✍️Who We Are Looking For:➡️ Fluency in the local language (French, Romanian, German, or Polish) and **English proficiency (B1-B2 level)** for internal communication. ➡️ B2C sales experience, ideally in: - Agricultural machinery dealerships - Fertilizer suppliers - Large agricultural enterprises ➡️ Strong self-management and autonomy – you will operate independently in your market.
✍️ Your Responsibilities: ➡️ Market Expansion & Sales ➡️ Act as the local representative for our AgTech product in your region, driving market growth and sales. ➡️ Learn the productin side out to confidently present its value. ➡️ Identify and engage new clients, establish connections, and build a professional network. ➡️ Lead negotiations, deliver product presentations, and handle objections effectively. ➡️ Close contracts with new clients and ensure successful onboarding. ➡️ Collaborate with the internal team, including leadership and cross-functional colleagues.
✍️ What We Offer:➡️ Base salary: $2,000 – $4,000 (depending on country and experience). ➡️ Commission:15% of each closed deal. ➡️ Flexible cooperation models– employment or contract-based. ➡️ Standard social benefits package according to the regulations of your country.
